Change over is flexible,check out time 11.30, check in 2pm
but can be flexible on these times depending on departing
guests.

Notes on
accommodation
As the pool is 2 metres deep it is not suitable for
unsupervised children.
For out of season lets the air conditioning can be used for
heating.

Outside
Garden, patio outdoor furniture. Private pool 6 m x3 m for
sole use of guests.
Coast/Beach
20 mins walk to Kalamar beach club and 15 mins to village
and town beach. 20 mins drive to the famous white sand beach
of Patara, 10 mins drive to Kaputas beach.
Travel
Dalaman is the nearest airport and is approximately 1 hour
40 minutes drive away from Kalkan. We can arrange airport
transfers in an air-conditioned taxi or minibus for £110
return (2-3 persons) or £130 return (4-6 persons) We can
aslo arrange private car hire. NB: We strongly recommend
that guests who have not been to Kalkan have the airport
transfers.
Distances
15 minutes easy walk to the village. 10 minutes walk to the
local market which is every Thursday.
Further details
There is a great choice of over 100 restaurants and many
wonderful shops and boutiques in Kalkan all just waiting to
be explored! There is also a bank and a post office in the
village. Local shops and supermarkets are all within easy
walking distance of the villa. The local market on Thursdays
selling a vast range of local goods and produce is not to be
missed.
Booking notes
A £150 deposit is required to secure a booking. This is non-returnable
if the balance is not paid when due or the booking is
cancelled for any reason. The balance is payable 8 weeks
before departure. Please note the following deductions will
also apply: Loss of keys £50.
