attractive grouping of 6 villas set in private gardens and built on the
hilside to take advantage of the panoramic seascape. The villas are
situated in a quiet position along the Kalamar Road and each villa has a
private pool with wonderful views across the bay of Kalamar.
There is a
small communal cafe/bar area where guests have the opportunity to mingle
and enjoy a quiet drink in comfortable, relaxed surroundings. Breakfast
can also be taken here. For those who prefer a drink in the privacy of
their own villa, drinks can be ordered by phoning through to the bar and
they will be brought to you at your villa. Breakfast can also be ordered
in this way.
There are a few shops and facilities in the immediate
neighbourhood, but the appeal of this area is that it is lovely and quiet,
so if you want to enjoy a peaceful evening eating a meal by your pool,
with the stars overhead, you are well away from the music and bustle of
the village. However, when you do wish to wander down to enjoy a meal in
one of the many delicious restaurants, have a drink at one of the roof top
bars, or do a little shopping, these facilities are only a short walk
away.

Four of the villas have a self contained studio located on
the lower ground floor. This studio has its own entrance and small patio
area with seating. The studio is furnished with a bed (either double /
twin), wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 armchairs, a small table and 2
dining chairs and has tea/ coffee making facilities. A small fridge is
also provided. All studios have an ensuite shower room.
The
studios offer our guests the ideal opportunity to choose the
accommodation arrangement that best suits their needs. For example a
group of 6 can choose either to rent the villa ‘without studio’ and sleep two people
in the sitting room or they can choose to add the Studio to the villa ,
therefore all members of the party have a bedroom. Renting the studio is
a necessary requirement if you wish to accommodate 8 persons.
The
studio also offers the unique facility for two members of the party to
remain more independent, as the studio has its own fridge and tea/coffee
making facilities. This may suit some family arrangements or groups of
friends.
The studio can only be rented as part of the villa party
booking however, and will not be rented out seperately.

All properties have a large open plan living
area, which includes a comfortable sitting room area with open fireplace,
dining area to accommodate the maximum number of persons able to stay at
the property and a fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen and sitting room
area both have patio doors opening onto a private terrace with views
across the bay of Kalamar. The patio terrace has sunbeds, umberellas and
out door dining furniture. The villas are surrounded by attractive
communal gardens.
